Top 7 Resources To Learn Programming For Free In 2022!
Introduction
Learning to program is one of the most rewarding things you can do. It takes a lot of dedication and hard work, but once you’re done, it’s worth it. But what if there was an easier way to learn? Well, there is! There are so many great resources out there that provide free resources for programmers in all different levels of experience and grade levels. Here are my top 7 favorite places where people go online to learn how to code:
1. Codeacademy
It’s important that you know how to code before starting with Codeac Academy because they have various levels of difficulty ranging from beginner level (which is what I recommend) all the way up through professional level which requires more knowledge than what you’d need for an everyday job but still gives an excellent foundation for anyone who wants to become self-taught programmers or even join an established company like Google or Facebook!
2. Kaplan University
Kaplan University’s online programs are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), an independent organization responsible for reviewing and accrediting postsecondary schools throughout the United States. HLC does not accredit individual colleges or universities; rather, it focuses on evaluating entire institutions’ policies and procedures before granting them official recognition as a “accredited” school. However, some programs offered through Kaplan may be regionally accredited — that is to say that they meet certain standards set by regional authorities rather than those set by national ones like HLC (for example: if you’re looking into earning your degree from Bergen Community College but have heard bad things about its reputation among students who have gone there before).
3. Coursera
Coursera is an education company that offers massive open online courses (MOOCs) to anyone around the world. They have over 2,000 courses on offer in 19 different disciplines including programming, business and humanities. Courses are taught by experts from top universities and colleges around the world who can be found teaching at the University of California San Diego or Stanford University’s Computer Science Department.
In addition to offering free coding lessons for beginners in 2022, Coursera also offers paid options where you can take courses from top universities like MIT or Harvard Business School as well as start-ups such as Udacity or Hackbright Academy .
4. Udacity
Udacity is a platform that offers courses on programming, data science, and other technology topics. Udacity was founded in 2011 by Sebastian Thrun, David Stavens, and Mike Sokolsky.
The company offers online classes that are taught by top instructors from Stanford University and Google’s former research division X. Udacity is also known for its “nanodegrees” — programs where students work on real problems with industry partners who provide feedback on their progress along the way. These nanodegourses include two tracks: one focused solely on web development; another designed specifically for developers who want to learn how to build mobile apps or integrate JavaScript into their existing applications (the latter program is still offered).
5. Khan Academy
Khan Academy is a non-profit educational organization created in 2006 by educator Salman Khan to provide a free online education for anyone, anywhere. The website and its content are available to users with Internet access, who are invited to register for an account. The academy has grown into one of the most popular websites on YouTube, attracting over 10 million visitors per month at the time of this writing.
The site provides videos that cover topics such as math, science and history as well as programming languages such as Python or JavaScript (which you’ll need if you want your app idea serious). There are also quizzes where users can get feedback on their knowledge levels from other learners around the world!
6. Code Avengers
Code Avengers is a free online programming platform that teaches you how to code. It’s ideal for beginners, who can use it to learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript. As a community of over 3 million users, it also has an active forum where you can ask questions and get help on your project if needed.
The site has lots of videos that show how things work in practice so when you get stuck with something specific there are plenty of ways to go about solving the problem at hand!
7. Reddit
Reddit is one of the best resources for learning how to code and other computer-related things. It’s filled with a lot of helpful people that can answer your questions, and there are many subreddits where you can find even more help! There’s even a subreddit called “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) where famous people like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg have answered questions from users.
If you’re looking for an easy way to learn about coding, Reddit might be what you need; just open up any link on their website or search for whatever topic interests you most in their search bar at the top right corner of their homepage by typing in keywords related to what kind of thing(s) would interest someone who wants some help learning how programming works today — or tomorrow morning when they wake up :)

Here are the best resources that you will find on this blog:
- Free Online Courses — This is one of the most popular topics in programming today and there are many websites that offer free courses. Here are some examples: Udemy, Skillshare and Treehouse.
- Free Online Tutorials — A lot of people prefer watching videos over reading text because it’s easier for them to understand what’s happening in the video than reading something from a book or manual. If you want to start from scratch then I recommend checking out these websites where they have tons of free tutorials available :)
